Annual OEP Conference

Using Technology to Increase Student Achievement

May 17, 2012

Peabody Hotel

Continental Breakfast and Registration starting at 7:30 AM

Conference Starts at 8 AM and ends at 12:00 PM

The Skinny:

On-site registration for the conference will begin at 7:30 AM. A continental breakfast will also be served. The actual conference will begin at 8:00 AM.

The conference will feature internationally recognized speakers, Bevil Wooding from Congress-WBN and Sundary Subbarayan from Khan Academy, but will also feature a panel of Arkansas-based speakers who will discuss how they have integrated technology in their schools.

Our hope is that this conference will push us beyond a place of just putting more computers and netbooks into classrooms, but will also provide educators and administrators practical tools to integrate technology  into their instruction and build the necessary technological infrastructure to do so.

See you there!
