In a bit of less-than-pleasant news, a five year-old from a Rogers School District was suspended this week for his use of a four-letter-word. The school sent the child home with a one-day suspension before he returned to school.
The five-year old’s father, who is also a lawyer, filed a lawsuit against the district asking that the suspension though it had already been served, be removed from the son’s record.
